- Click My Account > Security tab > 2FA Phone Number on the left side menu.
- At the Action column, click the Delete button.
- A pop-up notification will be displayed. Click Cancel to keep the number or Yes to delete it.
- A popup notification will be displayed. Select the mobile number from the drop-down list and click the Submit button.
- Enter the TAC number received and click the Continue button to proceed.
- If you did not receive the TAC, click Resend TAC link.
- If you need assistance, click the Need help? link.
