Why am I unable to change the Registrar?

You are unable to change the Registrar due to the reasons below:

  • You are not appointed as the Administrative/Billing role for the domain name
  • Your domain name is expired
  • Your domain name in a dispute case
  • Your domain is part of a bundled service (e.g. hosting service)
  • You select the same Registrar
  • Your domain name is under restricted categories
