Yes. Individuals, companies, and organisations from outside Malaysia may register certain .MY domain names, subject to the eligibility requirements of the selected domain category.
For example, .my is open to applicants from any country. However, other domain categories, such as .name.my, may have specific eligibility requirements that must be met.
Applicants must provide the applicable identification or business registration documents when required by MYNIC or the Registrar.
