How do I assign the Administrative role to another user?

Only users with administrative roles for the domain can perform this action. Please follow the steps below:

1. Log in to SELFCARE.
2. Go to Domains and select Transfer Between Accounts.
3. Select the domain(s) from the list (up to 10 domains).
4. Click Continue.
5. Enter the name and email address of the new contact.
6. Review and tick the acknowledgement, then click Send Transfer Request.
7. The appointed administrative contact must accept the request within 3 days. The request will expire if not accepted within 3 days. 

Note: Both the current administrative contact and the newly appointed contact will receive email notifications regarding the role assignment.
