You may transfer the domain name to a MYNIC-accredited Registrars via Selfcare portal. You can find the list of Registrars and their contact details at https://mynic.my/resources/domains/find-our-registrars/.

Only Administrative or Billing roles are allowed to change the registrar. Refer to the steps below:

 

1. Login to SELFCARE

2. Go to Domains.

3. Select the domain from the list (changes can only be made one domain at a time) and click Manage.

4. Select Transfer Registrar.

5. Click Request Code.

6. Copy the code and send it to the gaining Registrar.

7. The transfer process will be completed after 5 days unless it is accepted earlier by the losing registrar.
