Only users with Administrative or Billing role can change the Registrar. Here are the steps: 1. Login to SELFCARE. 2. Go to Domains. 3. Select the domain from the list and click Manage. 4. Select Change Registrar 5. Select the new Registrar and click Change. 6. Click Yes to proceed.
