Only users assigned as the Administrative Contact or Technical Contact for the domain name are authorized to manage DNSSEC settings.

To disable DNSSEC, follow these steps:

1. Log in to the MYNIC Selfcare Portal.

2. Navigate to Domains.

3. Select the desired domain name from the list and click Manage.

4. Select the DNSSEC tab.

5. Switch the DNSSEC toggle to OFF, then click OK to remove the DS Record from the MYNIC registry.

6. Review the confirmation message and click OK to confirm the deactivation of DNSSEC for your domain name.

Note: Once DNSSEC is disabled, the DS Record associated with the domain name will be removed from the MYNIC registry. Ensure that DNSSEC is no longer required before proceeding, as disabling DNSSEC will remove the chain of trust between the parent zone and your domain name.
