I have renewed my domain name with MYNIC, but why is it not updated?

MYNIC will update the domain name payment once the payment is reflected in the MYNIC account. An email notification will be sent to all contact persons when the payment is updated. You may then view the domain name new expiry date at MYNIC WHOIS.

For payment via cheque, it may take within 3-7 days for clearance. For other payment methods where there is no update after three (3) working days, you are advised to forward the receipt as proof of payment made to MYNIC at customercare@mynic.my.
