What should I do if I cannot access my email to receive 2FA?

If you are unable to access your registered email to receive the verification code, please contact us immediately via email at customercare@mynic.my
 or submit your enquiry through our contact form at https://mynic.my/contact-us#drop-us-a-message.

In the meantime, if you have enabled Google Authenticator App as your 2FA method, you may use the generated verification code from the app to proceed with your transaction.
