What should I do if I forgot my Selfcare password?

If you forget your password, you can request to reset your password.
  1. Go to SELFCARE.
  2. Click Forgot password on the login page.
  3. Enter your username, the registered email address and tick the security challenge, then click Reset Password.
  4. Check your email for a password reset email. Click the Reset Password button.
  5. Enter the new password twice and click the Reset Password button.
  6. A successful message will be displayed, and you will receive an email notification for the changed password.
