Why am I unable to change the registrant of a domain name?

You may be unable to change the registrant due to the following reasons:

- You are not assigned with the Administrative role for the domain
-The domain is under a dispute case*
- The domain name is expired*
-The domain has pending payment*
-The domain is pending deletion*
-The domain is part of a bundled service (e.g. hosting service)*
-The domain has a pending approval for registrant change

*Only applicable when changing Organisation Number (organisation account) or IC/Passport/National ID No (individual account).
