The Sensitive Name Dispute Resolution Policy (SNDRP) is an administrative dispute resolution process established to provide a simple, efficient and cost-effective mechanism for resolving disputes involving .my domain names that contain Sensitive Names.
The SNDRP governs the resolution of disputes between a domain name registrant ("Respondent") and a complainant ("Complainant") concerning the registration and/or use of a .MY domain name that contains a Sensitive Name.
