However, where formally instructed to by MCMC, other regulatory authorities (e.g. the Securities Commission or Bank Negara Malaysia) or where instructed to by way of an order of court from the High Court of Malaya, MYNIC will suspend, delete or transfer the domain name of the “.my” website to which the content relates, as instructed.
