How do I recover my Selfcare username?

  1. Go to SELFCARE
  2. Click Forgot username on the login page.
  3. Enter your domain name, the registered email address and tick the security challenge.
  4. Click Retrieve Username button.
  5. Check your email for a retrieve username.
