How to delete a nameserver?

You may only delete a nameserver if you have more than 2 nameservers. For DNSSEC activated domain, you must deactivate the DNSSEC to proceed.

  1. Only users with Administrative and Technical roles can modify the nameserver. Here are the steps:
    1. Log in to SELFCARE.
    2. Click Domains on the left side menu.
    3. Find the domain and click the Manage button.
    4. Select the Nameserver tab.
    5. Click the Delete button.
    6. Find the nameserver and click the Delete button.
    7. When the confirmation message appears, click Yes, delete it!
    8. 2FA is required, the verification code will be sent to your primary 2FA
    9. Enter the verification code and click Continue button
    10. The nameserver will be deleted.
