MYNIC is responsible for implementing and enforcing decisions issued by the appointed dispute resolution provider, Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC) in accordance with the relevant MYDRP, the MYDRP Rules and the Supplemental Rules of the AIAC. MYNIC does not determine the outcome of disputes but acts on the decisions communicated by the provider.
