A domain name dispute is a dispute between the registrant of a domain name ("Respondent") and another party ("Complainant") concerning the registration and/or use of a .MY domain name, where the Complainant alleges that the domain name is identical or confusingly similar to the Complainant's trademark or service mark (MYDRP) or contains a sensitive name (SNDRP).
